25 Days to D'Day

So I've got 25 Days to D'day... what is it you ask?
It's my wedding day! April 19th!
Still so much to organise, food, venue setup (venue itself is organised for availability), transport, music, some minor dance practices for me and the future missus, honeymoon!!!!
So much to do, so little time and even less money!
Just wish I had of been frugal enough to actually be saving much much earlier.

Tribal Wars

I can't believe I haven't heard of this game... it's quite the addictive one too, and definately a lot of e-drama happens but hey, such is life huh?
Anyway, the basic idea about Tribalwars is in it's name.
Tribal = Tribes or Groups of players band together to be the dominant force.
Wars = FIGHTING!
It is slow going at first, takes a while to get your first village up to a level that can be considered "competitive" so if you've ever heard of and played OGame, then this is of similar style, all web-based play.
But don't just take my word for it.

Dungeons and Dragons - 4e

So I decided to pickup the DnD 4e books. Well, I've gotten the Dungeon Masters Guide at the moment as I am borrowing a copy of Player's Handguide, but I'll get the rest later.
I plan on building my own campaign with the help of a couple of friends and I plan to make it a public freely downloadable guide in the long run.
However I'll be a couple of weeks off that.

First WiFi

Well, I've taken the dive into the WiFi market... so far I've picked myself up a
Ubiquiti Bullet 2 and plugged it into a 8dBi Omni.
It's JUST good enough to pickup some links around 3.5kms away at -91 to -95dBm. Hardly worth anything at that power, but when I get my 19dBi Parabolic Dish (
this one) from Freenet Antenna's. I'll be sitting pretty.
